Ioana Palamar

This painting describes a state of anxiety whose power can be destructive sometimes… I made this work during my staying in Germany; being far away from my country, I lived a feeling of loneliness which I expressed in this artwork. I chose to paint it on an unconventional material, namely on a glass bottle whose diameter is circular, because the intention was to reveal the dynamic of my tensioned thoughts.
